Olympic Games (Olympics)

Further live coverage of day two, including the women's cross-country mountain biking event from 1.10 at Elancourt Hill. Malvern rider Evie Richards became Britain's first mountain bike world champion just weeks after finishing seventh at the Tokyo Olympics, though her preparation for Paris has been hindered by concussion symptoms. France's Pauline Ferrand-Prevot is the current world champion and guaranteed incredible support as the riders go wheel-to-wheel on a narrow and twisting cross-country circuit. Another Brit vying to tame a treacherous course could be multiple global medallist Kimberley Woods in the women's canoe slalom kayak single final from 4.45 at Vaires-sur-Marne Nautical Stadium
